KYC Analyst – Private Wealth Management

Our client, a leading global financial institution, is seeking a Rolling Review Analyst to join its Private Wealth Management Operations team in Zurich.

This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and regulatory compliance of KYC refreshes for high-net-worth client portfolios. The successful candidate will work closely with multiple internal stakeholders including Sales, Legal, Compliance, Financial Crime, Technology, and Global Operations, while also contributing to initiatives aimed at improving and automating KYC processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct KYC rolling reviews and ensure client documentation is updated and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Review accounts with complex ownership structures across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Partner with front office teams to obtain and assess required client documentation within regulatory timelines.
  • Collaborate with technology and engineering teams to support automation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders across business, legal, compliance, and operations teams.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve processes and operational controls.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree and experience in financial services, ideally within banking operations, KYC, or client onboarding.
  • Experience with KYC rolling reviews or client identification processes is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve operational processes or drive efficiency improvements.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders across different teams and seniority levels.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English required
