Office Manager / Receptionist

Location: DIFC, Dubai
Salary: AED 12,000 – 20,000 per month

An international asset management firm based in DIFC is seeking a professional and highly organised Office Manager / Receptionist to oversee the day-to-day running of the office while acting as the front-of-house representative for the business.

This is a key role within the organisation and will suit someone who enjoys managing office operations while providing a polished and professional first point of contact for clients, visitors and senior stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly while maintaining the high standards expected within a financial services environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming reception environment
• Managing the reception area and meeting room coordination
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office and ensuring the workplace runs efficiently
• Coordinating office suppliers, facilities and service providers
• Managing office budgets, procurement and operational expenses
• Supporting senior leadership with administrative and organisational support where required
• Coordinating internal meetings, events and office logistics
• Assisting with onboarding administration and general office processes

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a front-of-house, reception or office management role within an investment firm or financial services environment
• Strong organisational and operational management skills
• Highly professional presentation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced corporate environment
• Proactive, reliable and detail-oriented approach

This role requires a polished and capable professional who can confidently represent the firm while ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
