People Operations Coordinator - 6 Month Temp Contract
Are you an experienced People Operations Coordinator, seeking a fast-paced, dynamic new role in a high-performing yet fun & welcoming team? This could be the opportunity for you - join an established firm in Central London where no two days are the same. Based in gorgeous offices with plenty of perks on offer; breakfast bars, team lunches, great company culture - the list goes on. This is an incredibly fast-paced role, we are seeking someone who can hit the ground running and pick things up very quickly.
Start date: ASAP - must be available to interview and commence immediately
The responsibilities will entail, but is not limited to:
- Managing high volume joiners & movers arrangements
- Onboarding and offboarding, new starter inductions including first day meeting/greeting & presentation
- Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle including administering background checks and managing employee contracts
- Overseeing visas, applications and renewals processes, and compliance administration
- Supporting employees with queries & managing the HR inbox
- Additional HR / People Coordinator responsibilities as required
We are seeking someone who:
- Has 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR Coordinator / People Operations role, ideally in a corporate/fast-paced environment
- JML experience ideal
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with Workday is highly desirable
- Switched on, adaptable and proactive mindset
