Operations & Hospitality Director

Location: Dubai

Salary: 70,000 AED – 85,000 AED per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations & Hospitality Director to lead the operational performance and guest experience. This role requires a highly visible, front-facing leader with a strong background in premium hospitality environments and a proven ability to manage teams, maintain exceptional service standards, and drive operational excellence.

The candidate will bring a hands-on leadership approach, deep expertise in luxury hospitality operations, and strong knowledge of the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of luxury F&B venues, always ensuring exceptional guest experience and service standards.
• Act as a front-facing ambassador for the brand, engaging with guests, partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams to ensure world-class hospitality and service delivery.
• Maintain and elevate luxury service standards, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Drive operational efficiency, growth, and profitability through management of staff, resources, and processes.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
• Work closely with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives, new concepts, and operational improvements.
• Monitor performance through KPIs, financial reporting, and operational metrics.
• Oversee vendor relationships, procurement, and cost management while maintaining premium quality standards.
• Be actively present within operations, providing hands-on leadership and real-time problem solving.

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Extensive background in luxury Food & Beverage operations with a minimum 4 years of hospitality experience within the UAE.
• Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role within high-end hospitality environments.
• Strong front-of-house presence with the ability to engage with high-profile and VIP clientele.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in fast-paced, high-service environments.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, revenue targets, and operational performance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on leadership style with a passion for luxury hospitality and guest experience.
