Compliance Manager 

Location: DIFC, Dubai
Salary: AED 25,000 - 35,000

An international asset management firm based in DIFC is seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to support the firm’s regulatory and compliance framework within a regulated financial services environment.

This role will work closely with senior management to ensure the firm maintains full compliance with DFSA regulations and internal governance standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in monitoring regulatory obligations, maintaining compliance policies and supporting the firm’s risk and control framework.

Candidates must be based in the UAE to be considered for this role and should ave experience working with an asset management, external asset management or wealth management organisation. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring compliance with DFSA regulations and internal policies
• Maintaining and updating compliance policies, procedures and regulatory documentation
• Supporting regulatory filings and communications with the DFSA where required
• Conducting compliance monitoring reviews and internal control testing
• Advising the business on regulatory requirements and compliance best practices
• Supporting AML, KYC and financial crime compliance frameworks
• Assisting with regulatory reporting and documentation
• Providing compliance guidance to internal stakeholders across the business

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in compliance within asset management, wealth management, or financial services firms
• Strong understanding of DFSA regulations and DIFC regulatory frameworks
• Experience supporting compliance monitoring programmes and regulatory reporting
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret regulatory requirements
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
