Tiger Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join a growing luxury interior rug company, based in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing B2B relationships with interior designers, architects, and hospitality clients, while actively driving sales across the UAE and wider Gulf region. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, and hospitality clients
• Drive B2B sales and identify new business opportunities within the luxury interiors sector
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry exhibitions
• Manage the sales pipeline and maintain regular communication with existing and prospective clients
• Travel within the UAE and GCC to meet clients and support business development initiatives

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in B2B sales within luxury interiors, furniture or home décor is essential
• Proven network within the Dubai design and architecture community
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and client relationship management
• Valid UAE driving licence required

Package

• Basic salary: AED 10,000 per month
• Commission structure based on sales performance
• Company car provided
