Tiger Recruitment are currently recruiting a Team Lead Executive Assistant for a large corporation based in Hamburg Germany.

 

Requirements

  • Provide high-level operational and administrative support to C-suite leaders, coordinating priorities, calendars, meetings, travel, and sensitive matters in a demanding, fast-moving environment.
  • Serve as the key liaison between senior executives and both internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and dependable follow-through on leadership topics.
  • Manage executive and leadership meetings from planning to execution, including agenda development, preparation of materials, documentation of outcomes, and tracking of decisions and actions.
  • Convert strategic priorities from the executive level into structured processes and workflows, maintaining an organized and compliant flow of information across leadership.
  • Oversee and develop the Executive Assistant team by providing leadership, coaching, performance oversight, and fostering a strong culture of feedback and growth.
  • Establish and refine standards, tools, and best practices for executive support to ensure consistency, efficiency, and a high level of professionalism within the EA function.
  • Mentor and support the EA team as a senior reference point, encouraging confident engagement and sound judgment when working with executive leadership.
  • Proactively assess processes and identify potential challenges, implementing improvements that strengthen efficiency and resilience within the Executive Assistant function.
  • Support strong collaboration at the leadership level by acting as a trusted confidant, promoting a positive culture, and providing steady guidance in complex or sensitive situations.

 

Your profile

  • A seasoned Executive Assistant with a strong leadership approach, comfortable operating at C-level and capable of combining hands-on support with team guidance and oversight.
  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable professional background gained through relevant experience.
  • Several years of proven experience supporting senior executives at C-level within dynamic and demanding environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to guide, mentor, or supervise Executive Assistants or similar administrative professionals.
  • Solid understanding of executive operations, corporate governance, and stakeholder coordination at leadership level.
  • Outstanding organizational and prioritization abilities, with a talent for managing multiple demands and evolving priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities, paired with a confident and professional presence when working with senior leaders.
  • High level of resilience and discretion, able to remain composed, dependable, and solution-focused in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, sound judgment, and a reputation for integrity and accountability.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; German language skills are considered a plus.
