Job Description

Tiger Recruitment are seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to C-Level Leadership (with HR & Legal Focus)

Your role
Partnering closely with the C-level leadership team, you act as a key enabler of execution. Translating strategic priorities into structured, actionable plans and ensuring consistent follow-through. You bring order to complexity, maintain momentum across initiatives, and free up leaders to focus on high-impact decisions.

You coordinate executive activities end-to-end, aligning calendars, meetings, travel, and business priorities into streamlined and effective schedules. You shape agendas from strategic goals, ensure thorough preparation, capture decisions, and drive disciplined follow-ups. As a central interface, you connect executives with internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering clear communication and efficient collaboration.

A strong emphasis of your role lies in supporting HR- and legal-related matters at leadership level. You handle sensitive topics with discretion, ensure proper documentation and compliance, and contribute to governance-related processes. You prepare polished presentations, reports, and decision materials for executive, board, and investor meetings, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

You maintain reliable information flows across senior stakeholders while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance. With a proactive mindset, you anticipate needs, identify risks early, and resolve issues independently. You also support executive communications, special projects, and cross-functional initiatives, while continuously improving processes to enhance effectiveness at leadership level.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives

  • Proven exposure to senior leadership, boards, investors, and external stakeholders

  • Experience or strong affinity with HR and legal topics, including handling sensitive and confidential matters

  • Excellent organisational, prioritization, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage complexity and remain composed under pressure

  • High integrity, reliability, and sound judgment

  • Experience in international environments is an advantage

  • Proficient in MS Office and modern collaboration tools (e.g., Teams)

  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
