Office Manager / Executive Assistant
Location: Mayfair
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 discretionary bonus (25–60%)
Working Pattern: 4 days in office / 1 day WFH

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager / Executive Assistant to join the firm during a period of transition, working closely alongside the current Office Manager to ensure a smooth handover.
This is a varied and dynamic role, combining office management, executive support, and light operational responsibilities. The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys being the “go-to” person in the office, with a flexible, hands-on approach and a willingness to support across all areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management (40%)

Oversee the day-to-day running of the office

Manage office supplies, vendors, and facilities (e.g. printers, phones, utilities)

Ensure the office environment is well-organised, fully stocked, and running smoothly

Act as the central point of contact for general office needs
Executive Assistant Support (40%)

Provide support to senior management, including diary and travel coordination

Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars where required

Support ad hoc administrative tasks across the team

Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business
Operations Support (20%)

Assist with payment processing and basic financial administration

Liaise with the operations team on relevant tasks

Provide additional support in operational processes where needed
Additional Responsibilities

Support internal events and social activities

Contribute to maintaining a positive, inclusive office culture

Take ownership of the role and proactively identify areas for improvement
Candidate Profile
-
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role
-
Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable
-
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Teams
-
Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, “no task too small” mindset
-
Experience in a small, boutique environment preferred

Additional language skills (particularly Russian or Eastern European languages) are advantageous

Events experience is desirable
Working Hours

Standard hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm
