Role: Receptionist
Location: Central London
Working Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Working Pattern: In – Office, Monday to Friday
A prestigious international private equity firm with a global footprint is seeking a professional and pro-active Receptionist to join their London office. This is an excellent opportunity to be the first point of contact for the business and play a key role in creating a welcoming and organised environment for colleagues, clients, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries efficiently, ensuring smooth communication within the office.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and support diary management for senior staff as needed.
- Assist with general office administration, including mail handling, filing, and ordering supplies.
- Support internal teams with ad hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain a polished and professional reception area, ensuring a welcoming and organised environment at all times.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or front-of-house professional within a corporate or professional services environment. They will be highly organised, proactive, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A professional demeanour and confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders is essential.
