Performance Marketing Executive  | Stafford, Staffordshire | £28,000–£33,000 DOE | Full Time | Perm 

We are recruiting on behalf of a passionate, purpose-driven creative agency based in Staffordshire. Our client works with charities, heritage sites, visitor attractions, and businesses that genuinely want to make a difference. Their work spans brand, campaigns, and digital — and they're growing their performance marketing capability to match their ambitions.

They are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join their team and help deliver results-driven paid media campaigns for their clients. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their career who's hungry to learn, grow, and make an impact.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting the planning, execution, and optimisation of campaigns across Paid Search and Paid Social
• Monitoring performance and making data-led decisions to hit KPIs including CPA, conversions, and ROAS
• Contributing to reporting, client updates, and actionable insights
• Helping manage budgets and test new approaches

What our client is looking for:

• Around 1–3 years' experience in performance marketing (agency experience is a bonus)
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or paid social platforms
• Comfortable working with data and analytics tools such as GA4
• Proactive, organised, and genuinely keen to develop
