Executive Assistant to CEO (Temp)
Location: Central London (5 days in office)
Duration: 1–3 months (potential to extend, with possible permanent opportunity)
Rate: £30 per hour
Start Date: Beginning of April

I am working with a boutique finance business who are searching for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a CEO and Senior Leadership Team, with a primary focus on the CEO.

This is a pivotal, fast-paced role within a collaborative, down-to-earth, and high-performing team. The business has a strong culture and offers a dynamic, professional environment.

The Role:
This position requires a highly organised and proactive EA who can provide seamless, high-level support while operating with absolute discretion. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of the CEO’s day-to-day and supporting wider leadership activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing advanced EA support to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team (CEO focus)
  • Managing complex diaries, scheduling, and prioritisation of commitments
  • Coordinating international travel arrangements and detailed itineraries
  • Organising and supporting key meetings, including SLT meetings, board engagements, and off-sites
  • Preparing high-quality meeting materials, including agendas, presentations, briefing packs, and minutes
  • Providing private/personal support to the CEO where required
  • Supporting the CEO with external board commitments
  • Organising internal events, off-sites, and client-facing engagements

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience supporting a CEO, Founder, or Board-level executive
  • Background within boutique finance or similar high-performance environments preferred
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly professional, discreet, and emotionally intelligent
  • Confident liaising with senior stakeholders
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
