A fantastic opportunity for a proactive, upbeat, and approachable Receptionist to join a dynamic and creative firm based in the City.

This is an ad-hoc temporary role, ideal for someone proactive, adaptable and muck-in, with client-facing experience who enjoy varied work and thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide a warm and professional front-of-house experience for clients and visitors
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and meeting room bookings
  • Support with general administrative tasks across the team
  • Ensure the reception area is welcoming and well-presented at all times
  • Assist with ad-hoc duties to support the smooth running of the office

  • Previous client-facing or reception experience
  • Friendly, confident, and highly approachable
  • Proactive with a “can-do” attitude
  • Well-organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to adapt quickly and hit the ground running in new environments
