Community Manager- Arabic
Job Description

We are looking for a Community Manager to play a key role in managing and enhancing residential communities—driving service quality, optimizing operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for residents and owners.
What You’ll Do
You will be responsible for:
• Overseeing service providers and ensuring top performance through regular inspections and evaluations
• Managing vendor relationships, including RFQs, SLAs, and performance reviews
• Enhancing resident satisfaction through strong communication and fast issue resolution
• Acting as the main point of contact for Owners Committees and leading meetings
• Handling complaints, emergencies, and regulatory requirements in line with UAE authorities (RERA, DLD, etc.)
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards, fire regulations, and community laws
• Organizing community events and engagement initiatives
• Maintaining accurate records and supporting monthly reporting
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
• 3+ years of experience in Community Management or Owners Association Management
• Arabic speaker (mandatory)
• Background in the hospitality sector (hotels, guest experience, or service-focused environments)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of business, finance, and operations
• Analytical mindset with strong decision-making ability
Desirable:
• UAE experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
