Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to drive business growth within the scaffolding and industrial services sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales across the GCC region and a deep understanding of construction-related solutions, particularly scaffolding sales and rental services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored solutions
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, negotiations, and contract closures
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
- Provide regular feedback to management on market conditions and client needs
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services
- Deliver product presentations and technical guidance to clients
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
- Monitor KPIs and sales performance against targets
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and project teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Participate in internal meetings to align sales strategies with business goals
- Oversee vendor and contractor compliance with contractual terms and timelines
- Ensure all project phases are executed efficiently, from planning through completion
- Deliver excellent customer service to foster long-term partnerships
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 8–10 years of sales experience, including at least 5–6 years within the GCC
- Proven experience in scaffolding sales and rental services
- Solid knowledge of construction and industrial markets
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Valid UAE driving license
- Ability to develop and sustain long-term client relationships
- Analytical mindset with market research capabilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
