Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships and sales pipelines with buyers, sellers, and investors
• Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with market trends
• Ensure exceptional client service and brand representation at all times
• Lead and manage a team specialising in the secondary real estate market
• Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales agents

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in real estate sales, within the secondary market
• Proven management and leadership experience within a brokerage environment
• Demonstrated success in closing deals and driving revenue growth
• Strong understanding of the Dubai secondary real estate market and competitor activity
