Working Pattern: 5 days per week in the office
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 p.a
A dynamic and fast-growing creative production agency based in North London is looking for a proactive and highly organised Operations & Founder’s Assistant to support the Founder and wider team. This is a varied, hands-on role at the heart of a creative business, offering a unique blend of executive support, studio operations, and project coordination.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is confident managing shifting priorities while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
This is a broad and dynamic role with three core areas of responsibility:
Founder Support
- Providing dedicated day-to-day support to the Founder, including complex diary management and scheduling
- Coordinating meetings, shoots, and travel arrangements
- Supporting with internal and client-facing presentations, decks, and briefing materials
- Assisting with planning events, shoots, and key business initiatives
Operations & Studio Coordination
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the studio/office
- Acting as a key point of contact across the team, ensuring clear communication and organisation
- Managing suppliers, freelancers, and operational logistics
- Helping to streamline processes and improve efficiencies across the business
Project & Team Support
- Assisting with project coordination across creative production projects
- Supporting onboarding of freelancers or new team members
- Helping manage schedules, timelines, and deliverables
- Maintaining internal systems, documents, and databases
About You
You’re an organised, proactive, and adaptable individual who enjoys being at the centre of a busy, creative environment.
- Previous experience in an Operations Assistant, Team Assistant, or Strategic role, ideally within a creative, media, or startup environment
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
- A natural problem-solver with a hands-on, can-do attitude
- Confident supporting senior stakeholders and working across different teams
- A genuine interest in creative production and fast-growing businesses
