Location: Central London
Hours: 3 days per week, 9am-5:30pm
Rate: £20.00 per hour
Tiger has partnered with a fabulous a global management advisory firm with a boutique, close-knit team based in Central London. Seeking a proactive and hands-on Operations Assistant to join on a part-time basis (3 days per week) initially on a 6-month maternity cover contract, with potential to extend/turn permanent for the right person. This is a varied, fast-paced role at the heart of the business, perfect for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, solving problems as they arise, and getting stuck into a bit of everything. No two days will look the same. You’ll act as a central point of support across operations, administration, and light finance, managing an inbox and responding to whatever comes your way. From coordinating day-to-day office needs to supporting projects and troubleshooting issues, you’ll be a go-to person for keeping things running smoothly in true 'fire-fighting' style.
What you'll do:
- Office administration, including stationery orders and general upkeep
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Managing and responding to a shared inbox, handling a wide range of operational queries
- Supporting finance processes (e.g. uploading invoices, bank statements, basic data checks)
- Maintaining and updating the CRM system (HubSpot)
- Managing supplier accounts (e.g. mobile contracts) and seeking efficiencies
- Liaising with external providers, including IT support, to resolve issues quickly
- Supporting ad hoc projects as needed
Who you are:
- A confident self-starter with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Previous experience in office administration, operations, or as a PA/EA or Team Assistant
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
- A strong communicator who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone and chase things through
- Highly organised, with great attention to detail
- A natural problem-solver with a “get it done” mindset
- Brings a mature, calm approach and good judgement
