Accounts Payable Analyst

6 Month Contract with an IMMEDIATE START

Up to £45k FTE

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing global entertainment and e-sports company. The company is looking to hire an organised, detail-orientated and hands-on Accounts Payable Analyst to join their collaborative finance team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Manage the full accounts payable ledger. ensuring all supplier invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner
• Review, code and post invoices across multiple cost centres and entities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors and event partner to ensure smooth payment operations
• Prepare and process payment runs, including BACS, international wires and multi-currency transactions
• Monitor and report on aged creditors, providing regular cashflow forecasts to the FinOps Manager
• Resolve any discrepancies and queries
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations and ensure accurate allocation of all payments
• Support month-end close processes, including the preparation of AP reports and accruals

WHAT YOU WILL HAVE:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounts payable role, ideally within a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end AP process
• Experience handling multi-currency invoicing and international clients
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient using Microsoft Excel and accounting software, ideally SAP, Netsuite or similar ERP systems.
