Job Title: Travelling Private Personal Assistant (Finnish Speaking Preferred)

Tiger Private is seeking an experienced and highly discreet Private Personal Assistant to support an UHNW individual across all aspects of their private life. This is a fast-paced and varied role, requiring a highly organised and proactive individual who is equally comfortable managing complex logistics and day-to-day personal matters.

Working alongside a small team of PAs, you will take responsibility for managing the principal’s schedule, appointments, and daily logistics across multiple time zones, ensuring everything runs efficiently. The principal travels frequently between Finland, Dubai, and across Europe, and you will be responsible for overseeing several residences, coordinating maintenance, household staff, and external service providers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The role will also involve managing personal errands, shopping, gifting, and procurement, as well as supporting the planning and delivery of private events, dinners, and social engagements. You will liaise with the principal’s business teams when required and handle personal correspondence, document management, and general administrative tasks with a high level of discretion.

A key part of the role is managing complex international travel, including detailed itineraries, bookings, and on-the-ground arrangements, as well as handling any last-minute changes with efficiency and discretion. You will also assist with ad hoc requests and occasional research projects as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience supporting UHNW or private clients, with strong organisational and multitasking skills. A high level of discretion, emotional intelligence, and professionalism is essential, along with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues proactively. Fluency in English is required, and Finnish is strongly preferred.

You should be confident, adaptable, and resilient under pressure, with a flexible and service-oriented approach, and be comfortable with extensive international travel, often at short notice.
