Job Description

Tiger Private are in search of an exceptional EA to support a HNW Chairman across both Private and Business 75/25.

Acting as the central point of coordination, you will manage an ever-changing schedule, overseeing all diary, inbox, and logistical requirements with precision and discretion. You will act as an ambassador for the principal, confidently liaising with senior stakeholders, board-level contacts, and external parties, while building strong relationships both internally and externally. A key part of the role will involve acting as gatekeeper, managing correspondence, filtering priorities, and ensuring the principal’s time is utilised as effectively as possible.

The position requires a high level of flexibility and responsiveness, including availability outside of standard working hours when needed. You will oversee day-to-day logistics, including managing the principal’s driver, coordinating movements, and ensuring seamless transitions across multiple locations and time zones. Extensive international travel coordination is a core component of the role, including private aviation, luxury accommodation, detailed itineraries, and high-level reservations, alongside ensuring all travel documentation and preferences are meticulously maintained.

In addition, you will support the planning and execution of events, managing guest lists, coordinating VIP requirements, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. You will also handle a range of personal matters with absolute discretion, taking a proactive, solutions-focused approach at all times.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fluid environment. You will be a strong communicator with excellent judgement, capable of working autonomously while maintaining a calm and composed approach under pressure. A natural relationship builder, you will be comfortable working with senior individuals and strong personalities, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and absolute confidentiality.

The role offers a hybrid working structure with 2–3 days based in the West End office, typically on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Extensive experience managing complex international travel is essential, along with a genuine interest in understanding the wider business to provide truly effective support. With the current EA having been in the role for over 10 years, this represents a genuine long-term opportunity.

This position would suit a high-calibre EA who thrives in a creative, dynamic environment and takes pride in delivering seamless, first-class support.
