Role Overview
We are seeking a Receptionist to manage front office operations at the company’s headquarters in Basel.This role is suited to candidates with experience in reception, hospitality, or administrative support who enjoy working in an international, service oriented environment. The successful candidate will ensure smooth front desk operations and provide administrative support across departments.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Manage the front office area and welcome visitors, guests, and partners.
Handle incoming calls, mail, and general correspondence.
Support meeting room coordination and office organization.
Provide administrative support to HR and Executive Management.
Manage office supplies, deliveries, and kitchen/public area upkeep.
Assist with travel arrangements and meeting related logistics.
WHO YOU ARE
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Experience in Travel and Hotel Industry in strong advantage.
Fluency in English and German required (additional languages an advantage).
Strong MS Office and administrative skills.
Organized, service oriented, and able to work independently.
Professional, communicative, and a strong team player.
Experience in tourism or hospitality is an asset.
