Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Salary: 7,000 – 8,000 AED

Location: Dubai

Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Human Resources Coordinator to support and strengthen the HR function within a dynamic hospitality environment. This role will play a key part in driving recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations, while supporting future business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across all departments and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Support onboarding and ensure employees are aligned with company culture and service standards.
• Act as a point of contact for employee relations, fostering a positive work environment.
• Oversee HR administration including contracts, visas, payroll coordination, and attendance.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and maintain accurate employee records.
• Support training, performance management, and employee development initiatives.
• Monitor staffing levels and work closely with operations to ensure business continuity.
• Maintain HR systems and provide regular reporting on workforce metrics.

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of HR experience within the UAE, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR processes.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism and discretion.
