Travelling Butler
Job Description
Tiger Private is seeking a highly polished and experienced Travelling Butler to support an UHNWI across multiple international residences and frequent global travel. The successful candidate will ensure seamless day-to-day personal service, immaculate presentation standards, and discreet anticipatory support whilst accompanying the Principal between Monaco, Paris, London, Dubai and Jeddah. This role requires a seasoned hospitality professional with experience supporting discerning principals in private households, luxury residences, yachts, private aviation, or five-star hotel environments. Absolute discretion, flexibility, cultural sensitivity, and an instinctive understanding of world-class service are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated personal service to the Principal during travel and residence stays.
- Prepare residences prior to arrival, ensuring immaculate standards at all times.
- Manage packing, unpacking, wardrobe care, pressing, and organisation of luggage.
- Coordinate with household staff, chauffeurs, security teams, pilots, and residence managers.
- Oversee table service, beverage service, and formal/informal hospitality as required.
- Anticipate the Principal’s daily preferences, routines, and personal requirements.
- Arrange and supervise personal errands, gifting, and bespoke requests.
- Ensure vehicles, suites, yachts, and private aircraft are prepared to the highest standard.
- Maintain inventories of wardrobe, toiletries, luggage, and personal effects.
- Handle confidential matters with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Support events, private entertaining, and guest hospitality when required.
- Liaise seamlessly across multiple residences to ensure continuity of standards.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Butler, Travel Butler, Valet, or similar role supporting UHNW principals.
- Background within private households, royal households, superyachts, private aviation, or luxury hospitality.
- Impeccable grooming, presentation, and service etiquette.
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
- Able to travel extensively and work flexibly across time zones.
- Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving ability.
- Multilingual skills advantageous (English essential; French and/or Arabic beneficial).
- Strong wardrobe management and valet skills preferred.
- Discreet, loyal, emotionally intelligent, and service-driven.
- Valid passport with unrestricted international travel ability.
Working Pattern/Salary
- 6 days a week
- Extensive international travel throughout the year
