Receptionist / Administrator - Temp to Perm - Luxury Property Firm

A fast-paced and highly regarded property business in North West London is seeking a polished and proactive Receptionist / Administrator to join their team with an immediate start and strong potential to go permanent. This is a client-facing FOH role at the heart of a busy office, perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and tenants, while also supporting the wider team with essential administrative tasks to keep everything running seamlessly. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a respected business where you can make an immediate impact and grow your role over time.
What You'll Do
- Acting as the face of the business - polished, welcoming, and bubbly
- Answering phone calls, meeting and greeting, inbox management
- Property administration; sorting keys for tenants
- Ad hoc Reception & Admin responsibilities
Who You Are
We’re looking for a confident communicator with a professional presence, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Previous experience within property and a similar fast-moving boutique business is highly desirable. You will have 12+ months of Reception/Admin experience and a true muck-in attitude, proactive, and 'run with it' style.
