A boutique, high-performance recruitment agency with a strong international presence, is seeking an experienced Head of Zurich Office to lead its Switzerland business. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a key international office and play a central role in the continued growth of the business.

Responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to:

• Lead, manage, and develop the Zurich team, setting clear targets, driving performance, and hiring new consultants as the office grows.
• Write job ads, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and maintain CRM records.
• Build client relationships, expand networks, and meet KPIs.
• Take detailed job briefs, provide market insights, and ensure top-notch service delivery.
• Meet billing targets, manage portals, and maintain accurate admin.
• Contribute ideas for marketing, tech, and events to enhance the brand.

• Proven experience in recruitment and team management.

• Experience managing or building a temporary division is ideal.

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Commercially savvy with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
