Our client is seeking an AI Sales Executive to lead and own the commercial function of the business. This is a full-cycle sales role covering pipeline generation, consultative selling, and deal closure across a suite of AI-driven solutions, including automation, voice AI, and enterprise AI deployments.
They are looking for an early-career, commercially driven professional with strong ambition and hunger to grow. This is a fast-paced, founder-led environment where ownership and execution matter more than corporate structure.
The ideal candidate is sharp, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment, with a clear focus on building a long-term career in AI and technology sales.
The candidate will operate as a consultative seller, working closely with prospects to understand their operations, identify AI use cases, and collaborate with the delivery team to shape tailored solution roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification
- Conduct enterprise-level client meetings and structured discovery sessions
- Map client operations to identify AI opportunities across departments and workflows
- Position and sell the company’s full portfolio of AI solutions
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact through to closing deals
- Maintain accurate and disciplined CRM pipeline management
- Work closely with the solutions and delivery teams on scoping, proposals, and handover
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, technology, or professional services
- Demonstrated ability to independently generate meetings and progress deals
- Strong communication skills with confidence engaging business owners and senior stakeholders
- Consultative, problem-solving sales approach
- Highly coachable, fast learner, and able to operate in a high-pace environment
- Based in Dubai or able to relocate immediately
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience selling into UAE or wider GCC markets
- Familiarity with CRM systems and structured pipeline management
- Exposure to AI, automation, or enterprise software sales
