House Manager (Russian speaking)

Salary: AED 12,000 – 20,000 per month

We are seeking an experienced Russian speaking House Manager to support the smooth day to day running of a private household in the UAE. Due to cultural requirements, female candidates are preferred for this position.

This opportunity is ideally suited to candidates with previous experience working within a UHNW private household environment in a House Manager, Senior Butler, or household operations capacity. We are also open to considering candidates from luxury hospitality backgrounds, particularly those working within high-end operations, guest relations, butler service, private villas, or lifestyle management who are looking to transition into a private household role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all household operations and ensuring the residence is maintained to the highest standard at all times. The role will involve managing household staff, coordinating schedules, overseeing suppliers and contractors, and acting as the main point of contact for all household-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the household
• Manage and coordinate household staff including maids, chef, and gardener
• Ensure the home is maintained to exceptionally high standards
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, contractors, and external suppliers
• Handle household administration including bill payments and expense tracking
• Run personal and household errands as required
• Assist with scheduling, appointments, and household logistics
• Maintain household inventories and supplies
• Liaise with principals professionally and discreetly
• Ensure confidentiality and discretion at all times

Candidate Requirements:

• Fluent Russian speaker is essential
• Previous experience within a private household, family office, luxury hospitality, or butler/service environment
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Professional, polished, and proactive approach
• Comfortable managing staff and household operations independently
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• UAE driving licence preferred
• Candidates must currently be based in the UAE
