Executive Assistant – Investor Relations
£60,000 - £70,000
Central London
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and professional Executive Assistant to support 2 MD's and wider IR team. This is a pivotal role requiring exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Working closely with the MD’s and other senior stakeholders, you will help to coordinate investor communications, manage schedules, organise meetings and events and ensure the smooth operation of the Investor Relations team.
What you’ll do:
- Extensive diary, inbox and administrative support for the MD’s.
- Coordinate meetings with investors, analysts, shareholders and senior executives across multiple time zones.
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, agendas and briefing packs.
- Assist in the planning and execution of investor roadshows, capital markets events, earnings announcements and shareholder meetings.
- Maintain accurate records and databases of investor and analyst contacts.
- Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for Investor Relations meetings.
- Coordinate logistics for investor due diligence sessions and fundraising processes.
- Support the preparation and distribution of investor communications and reporting materials.
- Take ownership of meeting logistics, including venue coordination, virtual meeting platforms and follow-up actions.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
- Build strong working relationships across Finance, Legal, Corporate Communications, and Executive Leadership teams.
What you’ll need:
- Previous experience within a similar role, within a financial services environment.
- Experience within Investor Relations is highly desired.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities under pressure.
- High level of professionalism, discretion and excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable interacting with senior executives.
