Job Description

Tiger Private is seeking an experienced and highly organised Remote Travel PA to support a client and their wider family with complex, fast-paced travel arrangements. This role requires exceptional flexibility, discretion, and the ability to react quickly to last-minute changes. While there may be quieter periods, the successful candidate must remain on standby and ready to respond at short notice, including outside standard working hours.

The successful candidate will coordinate complex travel arrangements for groups of up to seven or eight people, often at short notice, including flights, ground transportation, luggage logistics, and seamless end-to-end travel experiences. Responsibilities will include managing frequent itinerary changes, arranging greeters and meet-and-assist services, handling private jet bookings and associated logistics, and researching the most effective travel routes and alternatives.

The role will also involve proactive diary management and providing overlap support for the main PA during periods of absence. The successful applicant will monitor travel documentation, including visas, ESTA applications, and passport expiry dates, while maintaining an up-to-date understanding of international entry requirements and travel regulations. Liaising with legal advisors to support visa processes and coordinating travel arrangements for pets when required will also form part of the position.

A high level of responsiveness is essential, with availability to manage urgent requests outside of standard business hours when necessary.

Applicants should have proven experience within a similar travel-focused PA or EA role, with a strong track record of managing complex international travel itineraries for multiple travellers. Experience arranging private jet travel is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while managing changing priorities. Confident diary management skills, strong research and problem-solving abilities, and sound knowledge of global visa processes and international travel requirements are essential.

Candidates must possess a high level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity, alongside a flexible approach to working hours and a willingness to travel to London occasionally if required.
