Private Equity Investment Firm
Location: Dubai
Salary: AED 60,000 - 80,000 p/m (£140,000 per annum)
Tiger HR are delighted to be partnering with a Dubai-based private equity investment firm in the search for a Head of Human Resources to join their growing international business.
Based in Dubai, this opportunity is ideal for UK-based candidates who are looking to relocate and build their career in an international market.
This is a rare opportunity to shape and lead the people strategy within a highly dynamic, investment-led environment operating across renewable energy and infrastructure markets. The successful individual will act as a strategic partner to the Executive Team, driving organisational growth, workforce planning, culture, and HR governance across both the fund and its portfolio operations.
The role will suit a commercially minded HR leader who thrives in fast-paced, international environments and enjoys balancing strategic business priorities with building high-performing, engaged teams.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Developing and delivering a global HR strategy aligned to business growth objectives
• Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and investors on people-related matters
• Leading workforce planning, organisational design, and talent strategy across multiple geographies
• Driving diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives across the business
• Overseeing compensation frameworks, including bonus structures and long-term incentive schemes
• Managing HR budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning in partnership with Finance
• Supporting project-based teams across emerging international markets
• Ensuring robust HR governance, compliance, and ESG-aligned people practices
• Fostering a high-performance, values-driven culture aligned to sustainability and responsible investment principles
The ideal candidate will bring:
• Significant senior HR leadership experience, within private equity or investment-led environments
• Strong expertise across compensation strategy, incentives, and organisational design
• Experience partnering with executive leadership teams, boards, and investors
• A strong background in workforce planning, HR budgeting, and international HR operations
• Exposure to supporting geographically dispersed or project-based workforces
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Prior experience across emerging markets, MENA would be highly advantageous
