This is a unique opportunity to join a growing  investment firm seeking a driven and analytical Portfolio Reporting & Valuations Associate to join their team in Lisbon.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders across investment, finance and investor relations teams, supporting portfolio valuations, reporting processes and wider fund operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure within a growing international investment firm.

What You’ll Do

• Support the quarterly valuation cycle across a diverse investment portfolio
• Assist with preparing valuation models and investment analysis to ensure consistency and accuracy across reporting
• Develop a detailed understanding of portfolio companies, including key financial and commercial performance drivers
• Collaborate with investment, finance and investor relations teams to support reporting and information requests
• Contribute to portfolio reporting processes and the delivery of insights to senior stakeholders
• Assist with the annual audit cycle and support coordination with external auditors
• Support process improvement initiatives and help enhance reporting capabilities as the platform continues to scale

Who You Are

• 2–4 years’ experience within valuations, transaction services, corporate finance, investment banking or a related field
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities
• Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships across teams
• Proactive, organised and eager to take ownership and develop within the role
