A professional services organisation in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead forensic technology initiatives supporting complex data driven intelligence activities. This is a senior specialist role responsible for managing both the technology and investigation lifecycle, including forensic data collection, processing, analysis, case management, technology implementation and user capability development.

We are looking for a technology specialist who combines strong forensic and eDiscovery expertise with commercial awareness and an appetite for innovation. You will be comfortable working across investigations, technology, data and senior stakeholders, while identifying new ways in which technology and AI can improve investigative outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the research, evaluation, selection, implementation and ongoing optimisation of forensic and eDiscovery technologies.
• Manage technology throughout the lifecycle, from data collection and processing through to closure and secure archiving.
• Provide specialist technology support to investigation teams.
• Oversee forensic data collection from physical and cloud-based sources, ensuring data integrity and appropriate chain of custody.
• Develop and maintain processes for data indexing, filtering, analytics and completeness testing, avoiding duplication.
• Evaluate new technology solutions through AI, automation, data analytics and emerging technologies
• Benchmark vendors and support commercial and technical vendor management.
• Develop business cases and recommendations for technology enhancements and new solutions.
• Monitor technology utilisation and expenditure, identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and cost control.
• Develop and deliver structured training programmes on forensic tools, eDiscovery platforms and best-practice review techniques.
• Work closely with IT, Cyber Security, Legal, Risk and Digitalisation teams on technology-related initiatives.
• Produce analytical reports, management information, briefings and technology assessments.
• Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the highest levels of integrity and discretion.

Requirements

• • Bachelor's degree in Forensics, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in a technology focused role within financial services, regulatory, professional services or consultancy environments.
  • Strong experience with eDiscovery, forensic technology, data analytics or investigation-support platforms.
  • Experience with several of the following is highly desirable: Nuix, Relativity, Reveal, Analyst's Notebook, Power BI, SQL, Azure and Microsoft Copilot.
  • Demonstrated experience with AI and data visualisation tools.
  • Strong understanding of structured research, data analysis and analytical reporting.
  • Exposure to financial services regulation or regulated environments is preferred.
