Job Description
A rapidly growing fintech business is looking for a polished and highly organised Team Executive Assistant to support its Business Development team. Based in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, this role will suit someone who thrives on building relationships, managing multiple priorities and operating with discretion and professionalism.
This is a temporary opportunity for at least the next 3 months, starting immediately, paying between £20–£25 per hour depending on experience. The role is based in the West End with a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
What you'll do:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and diary support to the team
- Coordinate meetings, schedules and stakeholder communications across internal and external contacts
- Maintain accurate records and ensure Salesforce and internal systems are kept up to date
- Support meeting preparation, follow-ups and ongoing relationship management activities
- Draft professional correspondence and assist with team coordination
- Pull together key information and materials to support senior team members efficiently
- Assist with the organisation of networking events, client meetings and other team activities
- Act as a trusted point of coordination across multiple stakeholders while handling confidential information with discretion
Who you are:
- You have previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Team Assistant or in a similar support role within a fast-paced professional environment
- Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail
- A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a professional approach
- Proactive, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities efficiently
- Discreet and professional when handling sensitive information
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems is advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Motivated, personable and committed to delivering work to a high standard
