Administration Assistant – 12-Month FTC
£60,000 + Bonus | London | Hybrid Working

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a polished, proactive and highly organised French-speaking Administration Assistant to join a collaborative and fast-paced team on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave.

This is a varied and fast-moving role suited to an individual who thrives within a professional environment, enjoys supporting senior stakeholders and takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative support with strong attention to detail.

The successful candidate will be confident managing multiple priorities, building strong working relationships and operating with discretion and professionalism at all times.

The Role

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Extensive diary and calendar management
  • Coordinating meetings across multiple time zones
  • Organising business travel, itineraries and logistics
  • Managing expenses and administrative processes
  • Preparing documentation, presentations and meeting materials
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting wider team operations and ad hoc projects
  • Maintaining highly confidential information with discretion
  • Providing seamless day-to-day administrative support within a fast-paced environment

About You

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Fluent in French or strong understanding - this is essential
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proactive, solutions-focused and adaptable
  • Experienced within Financial Services or a professional services environment preferred
  • Confident managing competing priorities and deadlines
  • Polished with excellent communication skills
  • A strong team player with a positive and flexible approach
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
