Job Description

Excel Administrator – immediate start needed

£16 - £22 per hour dependent on experience

Near Liverpool Street, City of London

5 days in office

9:00am – 5:30pm

 

We are working with a fast-paced fintech business based in the City of London who are looking for a highly organised and analytical Administrator to support a key business project, within HR, over the next 2–3 months.

 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is exceptionally strong in Excel, enjoys working with data, and thrives in a detail-oriented environment.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Managing and analysing large volumes of data in Excel
  • Supporting project administration and coordination
  • Producing reports, reconciliations, and data checks
  • Identifying inconsistencies and ensuring data accuracy
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders across the business
  • Assisting with process improvements and project delivery

 

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Advanced Excel skills are essential (including formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data manipulation)
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
  • Previous administrative or project support experience
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-moving environment
  • Comfortable working full-time in the office, 5 days per week
