This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in real-time decision-making environments and are motivated by identifying and executing trading opportunities in highly liquid electronic markets.

As part of the trading team, you will be involved in live trading, market analysis, and strategy optimization across a range of quantitative trading activities. You will work closely with researchers and engineers to improve trading performance, refine execution processes, and contribute to the development of scalable trading strategies.

The role requires strong attention to detail, rapid decision-making abilities, and a genuine interest in market dynamics, quantitative analysis, and systematic trading.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze live market activity across digital asset exchanges
  • Execute trades and manage positions in fast-paced market conditions
  • Identify short-term quantitative trading opportunities and market inefficiencies
  • Support the development, testing, and enhancement of trading strategies
  • Collaborate with research and technology teams to improve execution and trading infrastructure
  • Contribute to daily trading operations, performance tracking, and risk awareness
  • Adapt quickly to changing market conditions and evolving market structure

Candidate Profile

  • Master’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, Quantitative Finance, Econometrics, Computer Science, or another highly quantitative field
  • Previous experience in quantitative trading, proprietary trading, market making, or high-frequency trading environments preferred
  • Strong interest in financial markets and quantitative trading strategies
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations
  • Programming experience in Python or another relevant programming language
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of operating independently when required

Preferred Attributes

  • Competitive mindset with a strong drive for continuous improvement
  • Curiosity around market behavior, trading systems, and data analysis
  • High level of ownership, integrity, and accountability
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and rapidly evolving market environment
  • Strong attention to detail and operational discipline
