Job Description
Tiger Private is searching for a Physiotherapist and Personal Trainer to join the private household of an UHNW principal based between Dubai, Gibraltar and London. This is a rare opportunity for someone who operates comfortably across both disciplines and is looking for a long-term, high-calibre role that offers genuine autonomy, international travel and the chance to work at the very top end of private client service.
The role is built around physical performance, movement quality, conditioning and long-term wellbeing, and requires someone equally at home delivering hands-on physiotherapy and structured training within a fast-moving, travel-intensive environment. EU or UK passport holders only due to the international nature of the position.
Working directly with the principal, you will take full ownership of their physical health and performance across all aspects of the role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering one-to-one physiotherapy-led sessions and structured personal training within a private household setting
- Developing and implementing personalised programmes tailored around the principal's lifestyle and travel schedule
- Identifying movement limitations and applying hands-on physiotherapy and corrective exercise strategies
- Working to improve strength, mobility, conditioning and overall physical performance on an ongoing basis
- Supporting injury prevention, recovery and long-term physical resilience
- Guiding movement quality, posture and training technique throughout all sessions
- Integrating physiotherapy principles seamlessly into structured training
- Travelling internationally with the household and adapting to changing schedules with ease
- Maintaining absolute discretion, consistency and professionalism at all times
Essential requirements:
- Fully qualified and HCPC registered Physiotherapist or international equivalent
- Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or Strength and Conditioning coach
- Strong background in elite sport, private practice or a high-performance environment
- Confident delivering both clinical physiotherapy input and structured training sessions
- Excellent knowledge of movement, biomechanics and exercise programming
- EU or UK passport holder — mandatory
- Highly adaptable, discreet and professional in all circumstances
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build a trusted, long-term client relationship
Salary: €6,000 net per month
Schedule: 6 days per week, approximately 5 hours per day
