Role: Office Assistant
Location: London, West-End
Job Type: Temporary, Part-time, 3 days a week
Duration: 2 – 4 weeks
Salary: £17 - £18 per hour
Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Tiger is seeking an Office Assistant to join a prestigious Property Investment firm in London on a part-time temporary basis for an initial period of 2–4 weeks, with the potential of extension.
This is a varied role combining general office administration duties with occasional visits to properties across London. The successful candidate will be confident at working independently, proactive in their approach, be highly organised and comfortable managing a range of different tasks within a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Provide strong and consistent ongoing support to the team
- Help manage and organise company documentation and filing systems
- Assist with property-related issues and paperwork
- Run occasional errands when required to support strong day-to-day operations
- Help to maintain an accurate database by regularly updating systems
- Coordinate meetings and schedule appointments
Who You Are
- Have an organised, proactive and professional approach
- Strong communication and good interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively during busier periods
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential!
