Business Support & Operations Coordinator (Saudi Nationals Only)
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary: SAR 7,000 - 10,000
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Support & Operations Coordinator to join a leading international professional services organisation in Riyadh.

We are open to strong graduates as well as candidates with 1–2 years of experience in a similar administrative, business support, operations, or coordinator role.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Administrative Support
- Coordinate day-to-day office administration and business support activities
- Support meeting room management, visitor coordination, and office logistics
- Maintain records, reports, databases, and internal documentation
- Assist with project tracking and business reporting requirements
- Support senior stakeholders with ad-hoc administrative requests
Executive & Meeting Coordination
- Assist with diary management, meeting scheduling, and calendar coordination
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and briefing documents
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure all logistical requirements are in place
- Maintain accurate records of meetings and key business contacts
Travel & Logistics
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Manage hotel bookings, transportation, visas, and travel documentation
- Support visiting employees and guests with travel and accommodation logistics
- Ensure travel plans comply with company policies and procedures
Finance & Operations Support
- Assist with expense management and invoice processing
- Support vendor coordination and supplier management
- Monitor operational processes and ensure accurate documentation
- Assist with reporting and budget tracking where required
HR & People Support
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement initiatives
- Assist with employee documentation and record management
- Support recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
Events & Projects
- Assist with internal events, conferences, and corporate initiatives
- Coordinate logistics, registrations, budgets, and event documentation
- Support business improvement projects and operational initiatives
Requirements
- Saudi National (Saudiisation role)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Open to strong graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in administration, operations, business support, project coordination, or executive support
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Professional, proactive, and eager to learn
