Our client is a leading international manufacturing company with a strong global presence, known for delivering high-quality products and operational excellence across multiple markets. As part of its continued growth in the UAE, the company is seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and contribute to a collaborative and professional work environment.
We are looking for a UAE National (Family Book required) to join the team as an Administrative Assistant. This role is ideal for entry-level candidates or recent graduates looking to build a career in administration within a multinational organization. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, coordinate office activities, maintain records, and assist various departments with day-to-day operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office and wider team.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and company documentation.
- Schedule meetings, prepare meeting rooms, and coordinate calendars.
- Assist with data entry, report preparation, and document management.
- Support procurement and office supply management activities.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics when required.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Ensure administrative processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support ad hoc projects and administrative initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
- UAE National with a valid Family Book.
- Based in the UAE.
- High school diploma, diploma, or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.
