Junior Private PA | Family Office | Notting Hill, London | £50,000–£55,000

Tiger Private is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior PA. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual looking to build a long-term career within the private sector. Based within a Family Office in Notting Hill, the role will provide exposure to a broad range of responsibilities, with a particular focus on administration, property management and project coordination across a portfolio of UK and international properties.

The successful candidate will work closely with a senior team member, supporting ongoing property projects, coordinating contractors and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations. This role would suit someone with 1–5 years' relevant experience who is eager to learn, takes direction well and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative support to the Family Office and wider team
  • Assisting with the management of a UK and international property portfolio
  • Liaising with contractors, suppliers and external service providers
  • Coordinating maintenance works, refurbishments and renovation projects
  • Scheduling meetings and preparing agendas
  • Attending meetings, taking minutes and following up on action points
  • Managing project timelines and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
  • Assisting with travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Supporting lifestyle-related requests, including reservations, appointments and personal administration
  • Conducting research and preparing reports
  • Providing general office support and assisting with ad hoc projects

Candidate Profile

  • 1–5 years' experience within a PA, Team Assistant, Property, Administrative or similar support role
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Professional and confident communication skills
  • Proactive, resourceful and willing to take ownership of tasks
  • Eager to learn and develop within a Family Office environment
  • Comfortable taking direction and working as part of a team
  • Hard-working, dynamic and positive attitude
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Degree educated preferred but not essential

9:00am – 6:00pm
