Companion & Lifestyle Support Professional

St. Moritz, Switzerland | Full-Time | Live-In

Tiger Recruitment Zurich is seeking an exceptional Companion & Lifestyle Support Professional on behalf of a private client based in St. Moritz, Switzerland. This unique opportunity involves supporting an active and engaging 81-year-old Dutch gentleman who has recently been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and wishes to maintain his independence, wellbeing, and quality of life.

The successful candidate will provide compassionate companionship, practical day-to-day support, and wellbeing-focused assistance while accompanying the principal on regular international travel, particularly to Portugal.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide meaningful companionship, emotional support, and engagement in daily activities
• Encourage physical activity, cognitive stimulation, and overall wellbeing
• Ensure medication is taken in accordance with prescribed schedules
• Accompany the principal to medical appointments, social engagements, and leisure activities
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with healthy lifestyle choices
• Support daily organisation, routines, and household coordination
• Manage light administrative tasks, including invoices and household paperwork
• Drive the principal as required
• Accompany and support the principal during domestic and international travel, including regular trips to Portugal

Candidate Profile

Essential Requirements

• Fluent Dutch or German speaker; English is advantageous
• Valid driving licence with strong driving confidence and experience
• Highly organised, discreet, reliable, and proactive
• Comfortable working within a private HNW household environment
• Experience supporting older individuals while promoting independence and dignity

Preferred Experience

• Background in physiotherapy, sports science, rehabilitation, personal training, wellness, or a related field
• Experience supporting individuals living with Alzheimer's disease or other cognitive conditions
• Previous experience in companion, lifestyle management, caregiving, or private household roles
• Flexible and willing to travel frequently
