Job Description

I am seeking a Senior Project Coordinator in Abu Dhabi for anew governmental start up. This role would suit a highly organised, solutions driven professional who thrives in a fast paced environment and has the ability to bring structure, clarity, and execution excellence to complex projects. This role requires a proactive problem solver who can anticipate challenges, remove obstacles, and ensure every detail is aligned.

Working closely with three senior leaders and key internal stakeholders, you will play a critical role in ensuring projects, events, and strategic initiatives are delivered effortlessly from initial planning through to execution. Preparing executive presentations and managing project documentation, coordinating event logistics, marketing collateral, product samples, and stakeholder communications, you will ensure all teams are aligned and every detail is executed to the highest standard. You will be the person who connects the moving parts and ensures everyone knows the plan, understands deadlines, and arrives prepared.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously across internal teams and external partners
  • Support senior leaders with project execution, planning, and operational requirements
  • Develop, prepare, and refine high-quality presentations, reports, and project documentation
  • Manage event logistics including timelines, venue coordination, supplier communication, and on-the-day execution
  • Coordinate product samples, marketing materials, collateral, and presentation requirements
  • Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project objectives, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and challenges, implementing solutions quickly and effectively
  • Create and maintain structured project processes to improve efficiency and collaboration
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement
  • Act as a central point of communication between senior stakeholders and delivery teams

About You:

  • You are a highly organised and adaptable project professional who enjoys bringing order to complexity
  • Possess a strong project coordination background, ideally within events, fashion, luxury or creative industries
  • Proven experience in project coordination, project management, or event delivery
  • The ability to create polished, executive-level presentations and reports
  • Experience preparing proposals, bids, or tenders is highly advantageous
  • Experience managing multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A proactive, agile mindset with the ability to react quickly to changing priorities
  • Strong problem solving abilities with a solution focused approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint
