Bid Designer – Brand Rollout

Our client, a global fintech business has recently undergone a rebrand and is looking for a Bid Designer with high attention to detail. Working closely with their sales and bids team and the marketing you will be responsible for updating their existing bid documents, proposal templates, and brochures to reflect their new brand identity. As someone confident using a range of design software you will add value with your ability to produce design work quickly and to a high standard. This role is available for an immediate start with an initial one-month temporary contract with the potential to extend. 

What You'll Do

Reporting to the Bid Proposal Manager, you'll work through a library of existing templates and collateral, applying the new brand guidelines accurately and efficiently across all materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Update existing bid documents, proposal templates, and brochures to the new brand identity
• Work primarily in InDesign to apply new colours, typography, logos, and layout standards
• Ensure consistency and accuracy across a high volume of documents within tight deadlines
• Maintain and organise a graphics library in line with the new brand guidelines
• Liaise with the bid team and marketing to clarify brand standards and resolve any queries

What We Are Looking For

• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work at pace across multiple documents to meet deadlines
• Comfortable following brand guidelines closely and consistently
• Experience working on rebrand or template update projects (desirable)
• Experience within financial services, professional services, or bids/proposals environments (desirable, not essential)
