Tiger is recruiting a temporary Receptionist / Office Assistant on behalf of a private equity firm in the Flatiron District. This is a small office with a headcount of c. 15 and one conference room.
This is a ca. 3-month temp assignment (maternity leave coverage).
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Welcome guests and ensure they are checked in correctly
- Manage vendors, eg. cleaning service
- Prepare the office for the day, including restocking kitchen supplies and snacks
- Manage conference room bookings and ensure the space is set up with refreshments and snacks
- Manage the inbox
- Answer and direct incoming calls as needed
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail
- Manage incoming and outgoing packages
- Support with ad hoc tasks as required
- Assist with light calendar management
- Liaise with building management regarding office issues
