This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and commercially driven Central Sales Manager to join a join a leading provider of luxury serviced office spaces, known for their stylish environments and outstanding client experience.

Known for delivering exceptional workplace environments and first-class customer experiences, our client is looking for a motivated sales leader to take ownership of their central sales function. You'll be responsible for driving occupancy across a portfolio of premium business centres, strengthening broker relationships, increasing direct lead conversion, and developing a high-performing sales team.

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll play a key role in shaping commercial success and ensuring the sales operation continues to deliver outstanding results.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Lead, manage, and develop the central sales team, ensuring viewing and occupancy targets are consistently achieved.
  • Coach and mentor two Sales Executives, supporting their development and performance.
  • Drive lead-to-viewing conversion across the portfolio, maximising every sales opportunity.
  • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with brokers, agents, and referral partners to generate a consistent pipeline of enquiries.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with key brokerages to maintain engagement and maximise lead flow.
  • Identify opportunities to increase direct lead generation and support wider commercial growth initiatives.
  • Take ownership of CRM management, reporting accuracy, and sales process improvements.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyse conversion metrics, and implement strategies to improve results.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from enquiry through to move-in.
  • Provide regular reporting, forecasting, and commercial insights to senior management.

  • An experienced sales leader with proven sales management experience and a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Commercially minded, competitive, and motivated by achieving ambitious targets.
  • A strong people manager who can coach, inspire, and elevate team performance.
  • Skilled at building and maintaining long-term business relationships.
  • Positive, resilient, and energised by working in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Highly organised with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven and comfortable using CRM systems to manage performance and drive efficiencies.
  • Experience within serviced offices, property, hospitality, B2B sales, or another customer-focused commercial sector would be advantageous, although industry experience is not essential.
