Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO
Fort Worth, Texas | Family Office | Full-Time | On-Site
Salary - $160,000 - $180,000
A highly successful multi-billion-dollar private investment office based in downtown Fort Worth is seeking an exceptional Senior Executive Assistant to join its Executive Assistant team supporting the CEO.
This is an opportunity to become part of a sophisticated family office environment where no two days are the same. Working alongside a team of experienced Executive Assistants, you will play a critical role in managing complex business and personal affairs for the CEO, ensuring seamless execution across scheduling, travel, operations, and special projects.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where discretion, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Executive Assistant team to provide comprehensive support to the CEO across both business and personal matters.
- Manage highly complex calendars, scheduling, and logistics with exceptional attention to detail.
- Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel, including significant private aviation planning and management.
- Serve as a liaison with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders.
- Conduct research and assist with the development and execution of new initiatives and special projects across a wide range of disciplines.
- Support operational and organizational functions to ensure the efficient management of the CEO's priorities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience supporting an Ultra High Net Worth Individual (UHNWI) or C-suite executive within a substantial business enterprise, family office, private investment office, or similar environment.
- Extensive experience coordinating and managing private aviation travel.
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and discretion.
- Strong judgment, professionalism, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Advanced proficiency with modern productivity tools and technology.
AI & Innovation
The successful candidate will be comfortable leveraging emerging technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate:
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar platforms.
- Experience utilizing AI to automate repetitive tasks, synthesize information, streamline workflows, or support decision-making.
- A proactive interest in identifying and implementing innovative solutions that enhance productivity and operational effectiveness.
Additional Information
This is an on-site position based in downtown Fort Worth.
Typical office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend support required.
A highly competitive compensation package, including base salary, performance bonus, and comprehensive medical benefits, will be offered commensurate with experience.
