Executive Assistant to Founder
Tysons Corner, Virginia (Office based, 1 day WFH)
Full Time, Permanent

Tiger Recruitment is partnered with a high-profile Founder within the health and wellbeing sector who is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide seamless support across executive and operational priorities. Five years into its journey, the company has grown to a team of 15 and offers a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where collaboration, adaptability, and excellence are highly valued.
The role sits at the center of the executive function, primarily supporting the Founder / Chairman, with approximately 20% of the role dedicated to supporting the CEO. It requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage complexity and shifting priorities.
This role will require flexibility outside of core working hours to support travel and time-sensitive needs.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and prioritization for the Founder and CEO
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, and real-time changes
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper, managing communications, priorities, and key stakeholder relationships
- Coordinate across operations, events, and leadership teams to ensure smooth execution of business priorities
- Manage travel vendors, external suppliers, and key business contacts
- Process expenses and maintain accurate records for the Founder and CEO
- Develop and maintain administrative systems, processes, and tracking tools to improve efficiency
- Support office operations, including shipping, office supplies, conference room bookings, and equipment management
- Provide ad hoc administrative and project support to the wider team as required
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 7–12 years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting Founder, CEO, or C-Suite level executives
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience managing complex calendars, international travel, and competing priorities
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and handle highly confidential information with discretion
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with changing priorities
- Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience building and maintaining efficient administrative systems and processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Zoom
- Available to provide occasional support outside of standard business hours when required
- Experience supporting a high-profile individual or public-facing executive is advantageous
