Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: West End
Salary: up to £45,000
Type: Full time or part time – full time offers 3 days in the office, 2 days at home
Hours: 9-6pm
I am partnering with a boutique Real Estate firm in the heart of the West End who are seeking an organised, personable, proactive candidate to join their team in an Office Administrator role. They are ultimately looking for someone super organised who is happy playing a central operational role within the office and is also familiar with technology. This role will suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, with the added element of independent work. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a smaller company and to further develop your skills within the administration field.
What you’ll do:
- Work closely with the senior management team
- Welcome guests and clients as they enter and schedule meetings
- Take charge of general management within the office, including ordering supplies, making sure the facilities are well maintained and offering ad hoc support where needed
- Coordinate invoices and organise online payments across multiple entities
- Manage incoming and outgoing post and filing systems
- Communicate with tenants, service providers and suppliers regarding administrative matters
Who you are:
- Experience in an office administrator role or similar support role
- Strong organisation skills and great written and verbal communication
- Excellent attention to detail, especially when focussing on financial data and payment processes
- Preferably have previous experience within real estate, property management, or professional services
- Knowledge of how to use accounting software, including Xero and other similar platforms
- Positive and personable attitude with a great work ethic and eagerness to get involved
